As digital technologies evolved, so did my work. In recent years, my research and writing has focused on rethinking data relating to people as embodied, while continuing to work extensively on TFGBV. But freedom of expression on the Internet, cyber security and surveillance, and global Internet governance, on which I did so much work earlier, remain close to my heart.
